Second, the estimator will arrive and spend about 30 to 60 minutes.
The estimator will carry out an energy assessment of your property and your current heating system. 
This is done to ensure that whatever is recommended will save you as much as possible on your heating bills.
They will then talk you through your options and answer any of you questions in plain English.
Third, in some cases your estimator may arrange for a surveyor to visit your home and assess its suitability for the heating solution he has recommended.
Fourth, once you have understood the quotation and would like to go ahead, simply reply by e-mail, fax or via the My Estimates tab on this website and you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time for us to carry out the installation.
Fifth, one of our highly trained Gas Safe registered engineers will arrive with all the materials needed to install your new boiler to Gas Safe registered standards.
Their work is carried out to the highest safety levels and with as little possible disruption to you and your home. In addition our engineers know the importance of leaving your home as clean and as tidy as they found it. They also pride themselves on being friendly and polite.
Sixth, all our newly installed boilers come with between 2 and 5 years warranty. So you can relax knowing that all parts and labour are fully taken care of.
