Alliance Plumbing and Heating provide an excellent, reliable emergency plumbing service across London.
The majority of response times are within 2 hours.
We can resolve most problems there and then, be it a burst pipe, a blocked drain, no heating or hot water, etc.
Emergency rates:
£120 between 6pm and 12am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday.
£140 From 6pm Saturday to 8am Monday as well as 12am to 8am Tuesday to Saturday.
What you can expect.
The emergency hot line number will be answered promptly by our call centre staff who will ask for you name, address, e-mail and phone number. They will also take a brief description of the problem.
Finally, they will ask you for card payment details in order to secure the booking – no payment will be taken until after the job has been completed.
Your contact details and an outline of the problem will be sent to the nearest available emergency plumber or gas engineer. They will then contact you directly to confirm the booking, collect any further information and advise you of their expected time of arrival.
You will be glad to know that the emergency gas engineer carries a selection of the most commonly replaced boiler parts.
However, on the rare occasion the boiler is unable to be repaired due to an out of stock part.
The engineer can leave you a complimentary electric heater (subject to availability).
